Job/Internship Description
Position Summary:
Federal Resources is seeking
Intern(s) to work with our Accounting team located in Stevensville, Maryland.
During the internship, students will assist with Accounting team projects
and gain experience in the following areas:
- Government Contracting revenue recognition
- Understanding Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR) - Gain experience working with Epicor financial
system and Excel - Daily operations in Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable and Payroll - Assist with generation of electronic client
statements - Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Accounting students with a 3.0 GPA
preferred - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
