The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of the organization's budgeting and forecasting process. Performs functions required to manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepares reports; analyzes actual results compared to plan, prior and forecast; and performs what-if analysis for management. Prepares, distributes and reviews various operating budget reports and performs analysis of related data as needed. Coordinates and assists in the preparation of a detailed rolling twelve month forecast based on marketing, sales, manufacturing, and corporate input. Coordinates, develops, and implements management reporting tools that allow company personnel to make informed business decisions.
