Position Summary: Responsibilities include data entry of customer contracts received from sales, resolution of billing issues, correspondence, reporting and participation in a Call Center. Heavy interaction with the customer, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable to ensure contracts are entered timely and accurately. Motivated individual must have strong customer service skills and must be able to work independently. Good oral and written communication skills a must. Functions: - Maintain contracts for specific markets.
- Client correspondence related to countersigned agreements, addenda, cancellations and contract resolution.
- Participate in main billing and various client invoice bill audits.
- Participate in a Call Center environment for incoming client calls.
- Participate in a Call Center environment for incoming client calls.
- Complete related reporting action items (i.e., reversal report, account statements, market totals, credit / debit adjustments).
- Scan all contracts/addenda to Company billing system along with appropriate notes.
- Assist in identification of system and software issues as they occur, to Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of CoStar's terminology and all CoStar's products and services.
- Participate in Team meetings to share information.
Requirements: - Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2 years related experience in accounting and/or customer service environment.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
