This position provides contract administration and pricing support to NATEK’s two operating divisions (i.e. Information Technology Division and Information Resource & Management Division).  The position assists the Executive Vice President/Director of Contracts in coordinating contract support for all phases of the acquisition process. 


Responsibilities:

    * Perform all duties of contract administration including correspondence, documentation, certifications, filing for contracts and subcontracts.

    * Participate in proposal preparation of cost proposals to include pricing and scheduling details.
    * Research contractual requirements for compliance options/recommendations.
    * Review solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
    * Prepare consulting, subcontracting, teaming, and non-disclosure agreements.
    * Ensure timely processing of contract and technical reports and deliverables.
    * Coordinate with Division Director(s)/program/project managers to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.
    * Maintain regular interaction with finance counterparts, project management, accounts receivable, and senior management concerning issue evaluation, identification, and resolution.
    * Resolve complex matters regarding the drafting, negotiation, monitoring, and termination of contracts/subcontracts.
    * Support the EVP/Director of Contracts in developing and maintaining positive and effective customer relations (internal/external).

    *  Works closely with Finance and Operational personnel in the tracking of actual resources and expenditures against funding and prepares monthly estimate-to-complete estimates on the larger contracts.   


  *3 - 5 years of service-oriented contract administration experience working with complex IDIQ, Cost Plus, FFP, FP-LOE, and/or T&M contracts.

     * Must have excellent organizational skills in the creation and maintenance of contractual files (both in electronic and hard copy file formats).

    * Experience in pricing IDIQ, Cost Plus, FFP, FP-LOE, and/or T&M contracts/modifications.
    * Bachelors degree preferred.
    * Experience in Federal Government contracting (preferably Civilian agency experience) with experience dealing with large programs and multiple subcontractors.
    * Solid knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, contract terms & conditions including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
    * Ability to work independently under timelines & schedules.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer (internal/external) oriented responsiveness.
