Requirements:

• Ability to develop interim assessments, analyze student data collected from interim assessments, and adjust teaching practices to ensure student understanding
• Ability to build rubrics to demonstrate how student work reflects mastery of standards
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the criteria for exemplary student work
• Ability to adjust teaching practices to maximize student achievement
• Innovative thinker who works well in a team environment

Qualifications:

• BA or MA/MS degree in content area (i.e., Art, Spanish, and Early Childhood, etc.)
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0
• Successful completion of PRAXIS II a plus
• 2 years teaching experience
