Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) provides health-related services, education, and advocacy to reduce the incidence and burdens of homelessness. In 2007, we delivered comprehensive medical care, mental health services, case management, addiction treatment, and access to housing and employment for more than 11,000 Marylanders through more than 71,000 patient visits. Through education and advocacy, we work to increase access to the same three resources we find most effective in our clinical work – comprehensive health care, affordable housing, and livable incomes.
